Acetaia Terra del Tuono, an old manufactory, established in 1892, that produces Traditional Balsamic Vinegar since five generations now. In addition to the regional Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale DOP and Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, they offer a variety of special and refined products since we are very much committed to Research & Innovation

Herefollowing a brief presentation of the products, focusing on the innovative Balsamic Specialties, which now represent our “Trademark” having established themselves for their originality and uniqueness in the World of Italian Gastronomy

We are a customer-oriented company. Before creating a new product, our R & D department, cooperating also with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, carries our several tests, meanwhile our Marketing Department will analyze the main market trends together with our customer’s needs.

We carefully pay attention to:

  • Selection and use of premium quality raw materials
  • Development of Innovative and High Quality Dressing, starting from customer’ needs
  • Clean Label Products
  • Customization of products based on market trends and customer’s special requirements
  • We only use Italian raw materials

We have also the possibility to develop brand new Products, with customized recipes, starting from any liquid base, to better meet any special request.

Our Balsamic Vinegars of Modena IGP and Balsamico Condiments are completely natural and do not contain any preservatives, colorants, thickening agents, caramels and sugars They are GMO free and clean label. The high density of our Balsamic Vinegars is the result of a long ageing process.

In our Balsamico Vinegars range we offer high density only  and all our Vinegars are produced in strict compliance and respect of tradition  

In our range you can find only great quality Balsamico with different ageing; our youngest Balsamico is aged around 3 years up to the premium quality that is refined around 12 years .



Our Balsamico Crème is the perfect choice to refine and decorate any dish. Verssatile and very easy to use. Ideal to garnish starters, rice and pasta dishes, as well as meat and fish dishes. A delicious condiment for cooked vegetables and crudité.Excellent with soft and aged cheeses. Simply delicious in combination with fresh fruit, creamy dessert and Ice Cream.




The PEARLS, small spheres of soft consistency, which contain a drop of the liquid product.

Similar to caviar in appearance A very innovative and original way to decorate the dishes and make them tastier. The Pearls represent an innovative and original way to serve a traditional Balsamico, typical of our gastronomic culture. They are small treasures of pleasure, to pamper both palate and spirit, with a strong and elegant impact, perfect for enhancing high-class cuisine . This product is pasteurized in order to grant a long shelf life.
