Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Our delicious glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is perfect for garnishing your dishes, immeadiately ready and easy to use. Without added colour, caramel and gluten, it has a syrupy texture and a dark, shiny brown color. The taste is sweet and sour, pleasantly aromatic. Excellent on main cources, vegetables, salads, red and white meats, ice creams and cheeses. 

  Colour: Dark brown. 

  Aroma: Intense, with a slight bittersweet note, great intensity and persistence. 

  Flavour: Full - bodied, with an intense, harmonious flavor with a plesant acidity. 

  Density: about 1.25. 

  Ingredients: Cooked grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (39%) (wine vinegar, cooked grape must) , sugar, modified corn starch. Contains sulfities. 

 Shelf life: 3 years.
