Real Chocolate Flow Cacao

When I discovered the real chocolate and cocoa beans from Flow Cacao Roasters right under our noses at the Roman Wall market, I was truly impressed.

Tony (one of the owners) told me at length - what cocoa is from where, how it is grown, how carefully it is roasted, flavored, stored and packaged... It turned out that for the first time I was trying real chocolate from cocoa with a clear origin and variety. And yes, he admitted to me, a little embarrassed, that the result was one of the most expensive chocolates in Bulgaria! What's wrong with that? On the contrary, what you get is more important :)
