Chardonnay Barrel from the Evksinograd winery near Varna — a white wine aged in oak barrels.
The colour is golden yellow. The aroma is rich — ripe tropical fruit, oak notes, vanilla and light buttery tones. The palate is full and complex, with a creamy texture and a long aftertaste with hints of vanilla and toasted bread.
Serve chilled, at 10–12 °C, with roast chicken, grilled fish, creamy sauces and full-flavoured cheeses.
