- Colour: deep and shiny black, typical of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
- Aroma: persistent scent of Mediterranean herbs.
- Flavour: intense, with bittersweet notes and a longlasting sensation on the palate.
- Density: about 1,30.
- Ageing: the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, used in this condiment, is aged for years in precious wooden barrels.
- Ingredients: cooked grape must, wine vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (cooked grape must and wine vinegar) 10% , concentrated fresh tomato, natural concentrated Rosemary, salt, aromas. Contains sulfites.
