Condimento Balsamico Sakura is a pink, cherry-scented balsamic condiment from the Terra del Tuono vinegar house in Reggio Emilia, Italy. The colour is pink and clear, entirely natural.
The aroma is delicate and refined, with fresh cherry notes. The taste is sweet-and-sour, pleasantly fruity and long-lasting, with a cherry flavour. Density is about 1.23 and acidity about 4.8%.
