Kalamon black olive paste in a 200 g glass jar, made by the Kontodimas family — olive growers since 1960 in Grammenitsa, Arta. The olives are pitted and peeled, then ground with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, wine vinegar, lemon and oregano. No preservatives and no additives, naturally matured olives.

Spread it on toasted bread or bruschetta, add it to a sandwich, to pasta and sauces, or serve it with white cheese and tomatoes. Stir before use.
