The fairy ring mushroom (Marasmius oreades) is a small but remarkably aromatic wild mushroom, prized in Bulgarian cuisine for its concentrated flavor and distinctive hay-and-nut aroma.

Hand-harvested from clean mountainous regions of Bulgaria, then carefully cleaned and naturally dried to preserve their aroma and nutritional qualities.

Before use, soak for 15–20 minutes in warm water — the soaking liquid can be used to enrich the flavor of soups and sauces.
